the pool had a lovely sandy beach leading into it. staff provided friendly service around the pool. the location allowed easy access to the beach. many restaurants are close to the hotel.

staff at the door were attentive. the staff helped readily. staff was friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure comfort. the staff was also amazing and helped us while we had a sick child in hospital

the hotel pool was a highlight of my stay. it was exclusive and relaxing. the hotel restaurant served excellent food. housekeeping was very attentive .
The room temperature was set to 15.4 degrees celsius. It was colder than outside. the room felt overpriced considering this. the provided body wash was barely enough for one shower and i experienced poor shower head pressure.
